About ASAP
Athletic Speed & Performance — speed coaching memberships in Antrim.
Hi, I’m Michael, a sprint coach and strength & conditioning coach based in Antrim. ASAP was built to give athletes a clear pathway: learn to sprint well, train with intent, and develop speed and robustness over time. Sessions are coached around principles that transfer. Not trends.

What We Do
ASAP helps athletes get faster through structured group training and event-specific sprint preparation. We coach speed as a skill with high-quality sprint exposures, clear feedback, and progressions that keep athletes improving without burnout.
-
Speed Groups: Youth (9–12), Junior (13–17), Senior (18+)
-
Sprints Group: event-specific training for sprinters
-
Track + optional weights support (for sprint athletes)
Coaching Philosophy
Speed isn’t conditioning. It’s coordination, rhythm, posture, and intent. Training is built around quality reps, enough recovery to keep speed the main stimulus, and progressions that respect long-term development.
-
Quality over fatigue
-
Progressions, not random sessions
-
Simple cues, consistent standards
-
Durability supports speed
