We share personal data only when necessary with:

  • Wix (website hosting, forms, bookings, pricing plans). Wix acts as a data processor for site visitors/members when you run your site on Wix.

  • Payment providers used through Wix checkout (to process recurring payments)

  • Analytics/cookie tools used on the site (where enabled)

  • Professional/legal/accounting support if required for compliance

  • Regulators/authorities if required by law

6) International transfers

Wix and its sub-processors may process/store data in more than one country. Where international transfers apply and there is no adequacy decision, Wix states it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional safeguards.

7) How long we keep your data (retention)

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including:

  • Membership/booking/payment records: as long as you remain a customer, and afterwards as required for tax/admin
