Youth Speed (9–12)

Fun, coached speed sessions that build coordination, confidence, and better running mechanics — the foundations every young athlete needs.

Pricing:

  • £30 / month (1x/week)

  • £45 / month (2x/week)

Junior Speed (13–17)

Structured sprint coaching for teenage athletes to improve acceleration, top speed, and movement quality — progressed safely through growth years.

Pricing:

  • 1x/week: £45/month

  • 2x/week: £60/month

Senior Speed (18+)

High-quality speed training for adults who want real results — sharper acceleration, better mechanics, and improved performance without junk volume.

Pricing:

  • 1x/week: £50/month

  • 2x/week: £65/month

Sprints Group

Event-specific sprint training for committed sprinters — starts, max velocity, speed endurance, and race execution with a clear weekly structure.

Pricing:

  • 1x/week: £60/month

  • 2x/week: £80/month

  • 3x/week: £90/month

HOW IT WORKS

  • Team sport speed groups run Monday-Thursday (choose 1x or 2x per week)

  • Optional Friday (Junior/Senior): make-up/open session (book in advance, subject to space)

  • Sprints Group runs Tuesday + Thursday + Saturday (choose 1x / 2x / 3x)

  • Memberships are paid monthly and renew automatically

  • Limited spaces to keep coaching quality high
